How to Use Shilajit Resin

This page explains how to take pure shilajit resin for everyday use. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
Start with a small amount: around 100 mg (rice-grain size) up to 300 mg (pea size). Many users stay within 300–500 mg per day as general guidance, adjusting based on individual tolerance.
Dissolve the resin in lukewarm water or herbal tea, or in (plant-based) milk. Avoid boiling water. You can also let it slowly dissolve in your mouth.
Drink it once dissolved, preferably in the morning. Some people take a second, smaller amount later in the day, depending on routine and preference.
Many users take shilajit 1–2 times per day. If the taste is intense, mix it with herbal tea or (plant-based) milk.
- Common example: some people use shilajit for about 30 days, then take a short break.
- Alternative approach: others prefer 6 days on followed by 1 day off.
- Start low and increase gradually if you wish.
- Drink water regularly as part of a balanced lifestyle.
- If you feel unsure, stop and reassess what works for you.
- Keep the jar closed and store at room temperature.
- Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
